Upcoming: Important Bluebeam Org Admin Changes

Thank you for being a valued customer and putting your trust in Bluebeam.

As part of our commitment to delivering the best possible experience, we’re working to
improve Org Admin for you. Beginning July 26th for accounts served by resellers and July
29th for all accounts, you will be redirected to a new portal upon login. This new Org Admin
portal serves as a strong foundation for future enhancements and features light user
interface improvements that make managing your organization easier.

What’s Changing:

Org Admin URL: Your current Org Admin URL will be redirected to a new address:
app.bluebeam.com/org-admin which hosts our new and improved Org Admin
experience.

Removal of Limited Admins: The “Limited Admin” role will be retired, giving you
more control over who purchases Bluebeam within your organization. If you want
users currently assigned to this role to continue purchasing licenses for your
organization in the webstore, please update their permissions by assigning them
“Org Admin” rights before July 14. Otherwise, they will be downgraded to “End
User”.

In most cases, there’s no action required from you, but we recommend reviewing your
current admin roles and updating your bookmarks/blocked web domains to make sure you
and your teams can continue to work without interruption.
