BIM 360 Scheduled Maintenance 

Dear BIM 360 Administrator,

We will be performing system maintenance from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM PDT, Sunday January 20 (14:00 to 15:00 GMT, Sunday January 20).

We will be performing system maintenance from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM PDT, Saturday January 19 (04:00 to 05:00 GMT, Sunday January 20). During this time, the following BIM 360 services will be unavailable:

Revit Cloud Worksharing – customers will be unable to access cloud models hosted in BIM 360 Document Management only.

The maintenance was originally scheduled for 8 PM - 9 PM Pacific on January 19. However, based on feedback from our customers in the Middle East (where Sunday is a working day), we've adjusted the time to 6 AM - 7 AM Pacific on Sunday morning January 20. Please accept our apologies for any confusion.

We have scheduled the maintenance at this time to minimize impacts to our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience that this maintenance period may cause.
