Also this information below from an Autodesk A360 team member – 

 

C4R (includes A360) but most importantly allows the worksharing of a team via Revit that need to work on the same model at the same time, and then what they do is Publish their model to an A360 hub and project for others (that don’t have Revit) to be able to see and collaborate on that model (i.e. add markups & comments, view, rotate, zoom, do live reviews etc.

 

BIM 360 Team, is just the collaboration capabilities mentioned above, so no C4R worksharing, but you can access, view, collaborate, add markups, comments, live review etc. without the need of the actual product that created the file.
