AutoCAD Civil 3D Pipe Networks and Pressure Pipe Networks

Course Description

Familiarity with Windows based computer operating systems, an understanding of civil engineering terminology, and experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, are all assets for this course.

Using the interactive, dynamic functionality of AutoCAD Civil 3D features, civil engineers are enabled to build a 3D pipe and pressure network.

• Understanding pipe network and pressure network catalogs
• Creating pipe and pressure network part and label styles
• Creating pipe and pressure network parts lists
• Creating pipe and pressure networks
• Creating non-road corridors
• Modifying pipes and structures with the Part Builder
