Civil 3D Drainage Design with Storm & Sanitary Analysis

Course Description

Familiarity with Windows based computer operating system and an understanding of civil engineering terminology are assets for this course. It is preferred that students have completed the Autodesk Civil 3D – Fundamentals course.

Using the functionality of Autodesk Storm & Sanitary Analysis features, students learn to analyze storm and sanitary system designs for constructability and meeting code requirements.

• Computing runoff using various hydrology methods including Rational and SCS TR-55
• Designing and analyzing pipe systems and ponds
• Planning storm water and sanitary sewer design systems using SSA and Civil 3D
