Course Description

Familiarity with Windows based computer operating systems and completion of the Autodesk Revit Modeling – Essentials course are preferred.

Using the functionality of Autodesk Revit features, students learn to build customized deployments for standardized Revit installations.

• Deployment best practices
• Working with the Autodesk Revit software to create custom deployments
• Installing and using the Autodesk Desktop application
• Working with addins, extensions, hotfixes, updates, and services packs
• Create custom locations for projects, content, software settings, commands and more
• Customizing the Revit INI configuration file
• Modifying and testing deployments
• Uninstalling deployed products
