Intelligent Studio Projects search + other Bluebeam Updates

Bluebeam’s latest update makes it easier than ever to manage your documents, connect with your favorite apps, and work anywhere.

  • Intelligent Studio Projects search: Search all folders in Studio Projects using keywords, filters and even natural language queries to find what you need faster
  • Procore Documents integration: Mark up documents stored in Procore Documents via Bluebeam on web — changes will automatically sync back to their original location
  • ProjectWise 2024 support: Mark up and collaborate on documents stored in ProjectWise 2024

They have also made significant enhancements for mobile, making it easier to access what you need onsite and capture what matters:

  • Studio Projects: Access Studio Project files, check them out, and edit them from your iOS and Android mobile device.
  • Offline use: Designate Studio Project files for offline use. Use them on the go, and your changes will update when you’re back online. Now available on iOS and coming to Android.

Local file markup: Mark up PDF files stored on your mobile device, such as an email attachment, even offline. Now available on iOS and coming to Android

Revu for iPad to Retire on December 31, 2025

On December 31, 2025, the following apps will be removed from the App Store, and Bluebeam will no longer support them with future updates or technical support.

  • Revu for iPad
  • Revu for iPad B2B
  • Vu for iPad

Even after the app is retired, you will still be able to make use of it as long as you do not delete it from the device. However, it is highly recommended that, instead of the iOS app, Bluebeam Cloud be used in it’s place. It is far more capable and reliable. For more info, see Bluebeam’s Community Page.
