Implementation

We take the time to meet with our clients face to face and find out their current needs.

We look into how they're currently managing their data. 

We review to see what is working and what is missing in their work environments.

Our implementation services begin with template creation and standard setup to ensure users are in familiar environments for training and daily use, thus ensuring all standards are met and in place going forward.

Seiler Training is customized based on a client pilot project of their choice, this ensures the customers are familiar with the necessary steps needed when the actual project kicks off. Our trainers use the created standards developed, which allows the users to learn the new technology in the format they are expected to deliver in (back at their desk).

Look at what they need to do install in the first half of project then we follow up and train on the second half of the project based on their needs.

We follow up with support and a full day of hands on work with project coordinators to make sure all peripherals are set up and working and systems are in place to ensure our clients success.
