Upcoming Bluebeam Studio Prime Changes
Important Studio Prime End of Life Information
From Bluebeam:
“As part of our commitment to delivering the best possible experience, we’re retiring our legacy Studio Prime product and replacing it with modern solutions designed to better meet your needs. This provides important information to help you continue forward with Bluebeam through this change.”
What you need to do next depends on how you currently use Studio Prime:
For Integrations: Using third party integrations no longer requires a separate Studio Prime subscription, so all Bluebeam plan subscribers can now benefit from connected workflows with other important applications in your tech stack.
- Legacy Studio Prime’s API capabilities will be deactivated on June 30, 2025.
- Integration Partners have moved to new, modern APIs available on our
developer portal. See what is available now and coming soon in our
Integrations Directory. - Contact your developer partner representative to upgrade to the latest
version of the integrations they create.
For User Management: legacy Studio Prime user management capabilities will be deactivated on December 31, 2025. A new offering launching in Q3 2025, called Org Admin Pro, will provide superior user and security controls for your entire organization.
- Contact your authorized Bluebeam representative to learn more about Org
Admin Pro and a special transition offer. - You can continue to use Studio Prime for user management until December
31, but Studio Prime will no longer be sold or renewed after September 30,
2025.
For more info on this upcoming change, please visit Bluebeam’s Studio Prime EOL page. More information on Bluebeam’s new Org Admin Pro will be made available later this month so, stay tuned!
