It has come to our attention that if you are a Revizto and an Autodesk ACC / BIM360 user, that you might be experiencing some issues between these software interfaces with missing data in the DWG export process (example: Plant3D files in the ACC / Bim360 exported to Revizto).

If you use Autodesk ACC / BIM360 to save your working project file/s and then you try exporting to Revizto in a DWG format (not your local server), that the information associated to these DWG files might not contain all of the data that Revizto is trying to use when using its features and tools (layers and properties missing from DWG).

With all of that being said you should be on the look out for a new update from Revizto (5.14 update) to contain the fix for this issue.

Here’s a way around this issue for now: export directly from the CAD program like (Plant3D, etc) to Navisworks, then into Revizto to keep all of your data from your working files.

So to wrap this up, the issue isn’t with the files in the Autodesk ACC / BIM 360, it’s just how Revizto is able to read the DWG data currently from the cloud export process.
