Customers who have phone support as a benefit of an Autodesk subscription or maintenance plan can look up the support telephone number and Express Service ID to contact Autodesk support in Autodesk Account. You must be a designated phone support user on your contract and have phone support as a benefit to see this information. Customers without a support benefit can click the Need Assistance button on any article to view support options.

To find phone support information in Autodesk Account:

Sign in to your Autodesk Account at manage.autodesk.com.
Hover over Support on the menu at the top and select “View my support cases” from the menu options.

Note: This option only appears for customers who purchased a support benefit.
 
View your live support numbers and Express Service ID in the My Phone Support section.
